    Innovation, quality and will are the most important factors for the success of pilot projects

     

     

    Businesswomen and women entrepreneurs have proven successful experience in the field of investment and entrepreneurship stressed that the Vision of 2030 has given way to creativity and a move towards excellence and innovation.

     

    This came during the meeting that is held by Asharqia Chamber, represented by Asharqia Young Businesswomen Council, on Monday, January 14, 2019, under the title (Women in investment).

    The meeting was held in the presence of the members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, the president of the Council Najla Bint Hamad Al-Abdalqader, and a remarkable presence of young women and young businesswomen of the region and interested individuals in investment and business management.

    They pointed out that the Vision has made great progress in the process of removing the challenges and obstacles and facilitate the procedures and the establishment of projects of all kinds, whether for women or men.

    They expected women to have a significant role in achieving their goals and future aspirations.

    They noted the need to turn the desire to work freely and before the start of the experiment to study, knowledge and learning through educational programs that qualify for investment and business management.

    They stressed that education and knowledge are the most important fundamentals of success.

     

    The meeting was attended by Sara Al-Ayed, co-founder of TRACCS and Crisis Management and Public Relations Manager; Reem Bin Siddiq, Chief Executive Officer of Reem Bin Siddiq Training and Marketing Consultants; Dania Bin Saeedan, Etiquette Expert and Trainer and founder of Etiquette House Project; and Razan Al-Azouni, a Saudi fashion designer and founder of the brand (Razan Al-Azouni).

    The meeting reviewed stages of developing their projects and the challenges they faced and how they overcome them.

    They agreed that the will of women and their determination to succeed is the first and most important factor in the evolution of their idea to become a project on the ground.

    They pointed to the importance of the family in developing the sense of investment for their children in childhood, as one of the most important factors of success in the future in particular and that the leading thought begins and develops in the mind of the child from 6 years.

     

    The entrepreneurs stressed that new entrepreneurs should bear the hardship of the establishment period and not take more time in preparing feasibility studies and not over-pricing products.

    They stressed the importance of realizing that business men and women are open and there is great similarity in products and great competitiveness, which requires more innovative ideas that provide solutions to people's problems, the availability of quality according to each product and its quality standards, accuracy in choosing the name of the project or product because of its significant role in increasing the proportion of sales and achieve success, as well as credibility in the work, which plays a major role in the continuity of the project and the sustainability of its growth.

    Al Rowad Program is one of the programs of Asharqia Young Businesswomen's Council, which aims to convey the experience of pioneers and successful entrepreneurs in the field of management and business to young businesswomen.

    It is one of several programs that Asharqia Young Businesswomen Council seeks to implement, such as the program "I can" with the aim of creating a new generation of self-employed young Saudi women through the dissemination of a culture of self-employment and encouraging them to initiate and innovate and motivate young women to create jobs instead of asking them.

    Also, the "Visits" program is going to strengthen ties and develop trade relations between businesswomen and the business sector locally and internationally.​
